Jennifer Mercer, CHRP, CHRL
With over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resource (HR) field, Jennifer Mercer has shown that she is a dedicated professional with the skills and credentials to successfully manage any sized HR team. As a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) she brings a solid body of work experience to the table. Jennifer also has a Professional Business Writing certificate.
Throughout her career, she has developed her skills and talents working with a number of businesses in a variety of industries. She has managed a training & development department, audited processes, written procedures and policies, handled employee relations, successfully launched, and managed a variety of Human Resource programs such as a Lunch & Learn, New Hire Orientation, and a Mentor Program. She has enjoyed working with students, employees and business owners to develop their careers and achieve high performing work teams.
Chantelle has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Over the past 20 years she has worked in HR in a variety of industries, Chantelle has successfully led teams supporting locations across Canada and the United States as well as working as a Consultant.
She has developed and managed Recruitment & Selection, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety and Employee Wellness programs. She enjoys working with individuals and teams at all levels, coaching and mentoring them to help achieve their goals.
